After a long time, I recently found an EPS, AI, PDF Viewer. After installation, this enables visibility of thumbnails of EPS, AI, PDF, SVG files and other types. I am attaching a png from the Microsoft Store. It is very cheap. Hope this useful.

IMatch handles PDF natively, the Quick Viewer even allows you to page through PDF files.
It also handles Affinity Formats (if Affinity software is installed) and SVG.
I would be careful with this app!
It has no reviews. Looking at their web site, it shows a ton of apps, which indicates a typical (Chinese?) app farm, trying to push apps out for whatever reasons.
No impressum, about, terms of service, legal on the web site.
No address or phone number.
All bad indicators.
