Are there any caveats or pitfalls converting an IMatch3 database containing offline-media.
I didn't found anything regarding this so far.

IMatch imports metadata from all files in the IMatch 3 database during the conversion process. This will of course not work for off-line files. The database reporter reports this with a separate message and the number of files affected. You need to manually import the metadata from these files after bringing them back online.
