Title: File Formats
Post by: seth on January 22, 2014, 11:06:19 PM
For those that use more than one database and/or a few file types--like photography only.

A check box to Deselect all of the preset file formats.  I.e., isolating to just NEF, jpg, DNG, and PSD is easier to just enable those than disable all of the others.  Especially with multiple databases.

I had hoped Pack and Go, when I initially read the instructions, would allow a restore of selected items, but not so.  In other words, I cannot import settings to a DIFFERENT database; nor just that item.

I don't think that this is problem not many users will face, ever.
You're right about Pack & Go: It is a backup utility. it cannot copy per-database settings from one database to another.

I do understand the feature request. As Mario indicated, most users will never face this and if so, it's a one-time, one-minute effort to isolate the formats required. So, I support the request but ranked at priority zero :)
