Title: Batch processor: Switch to current preset when MANAGE clicked

When having a preset selected in the batch processor and I click MANAGE I  would
like the selected preset to be already selected in the Manage Panel.
See labeled  screenshot.

Currently (144) the first preset in the panel is selected.
( And the same when returning from the MANAGE panel.)
