I would like to be able to remove the script Create Category from Selection from the
File window context (right-click) window.

That's a sample script I ship with IMatch, to show how scripts are integrated into menus.
If you really want to remove it you can manually edit the BAIX file in the system scripts folder. But it will come back with every update.
