I cannot even test upgrade or get my coupon since the site does not respond. Login just hangs.
Also would be nice if the ad told me how much the upgrade would cost!
Site works well from here. May be a bit slow because so many users are currently downloading the upgrade or licensed version.

One week ago I had a similar issue.
Firefox (which is my standard browser) did not work (i.e. let me log in for upgrade) but IE did it.
I did finally get it but server not anywhere close to my 50meg internet.
I do realize you cannot afford a server that could let multiple users download at that speed at the same time though.
I got about 250kbytes / second so just watched TV for a while. :-)
I can download an entire IMatch upgrade in under three minutes using a WiFi connection so it is not the photools server that is your problem.

The server limits the bandwidth per user for downloads to about 1 Megabyte per second. A typical IMatch download takes between 60 and 90 seconds over a standard line.
