Title: Category @Builder Default to 'AND' ?

Most of my usage of the Category @Builder is of the form: "Queen" AND "Windsor" AND "2010" Is there a way of changing the preferences so that the setting of the Default Operator in @Builder is 'AND' rather than 'OR' ?
