Title: IM 5.16 Cursor disappearing

When I run the slideshow the cursor disappears as expected. However, if I go back to the file window (via ESC) the cursor is still hidden. Sometimes by starting the slideshow again the curser pops up again. Otherwise I have to restart IM again. The issue is that the problem doesn't show up all the time, so I can't really identify when it exactly occurs.
I read in the release notes that something was done about "Slide Show no longer hides the cursor while a menu is open or the ribbon bar is expanded". Perhaps an unwanted effect?

Otherwise I still like IM 5 and recommend it to everybody! I have more than 100.000 pics and it is still very, very fast!

This bug was reported before (see : https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?topic=2791.0) and will be solved in 5.1.8
