Because of my very slow imatch behaviour (see https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?topic=2812.0 (https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?topic=2812.0)), I deleted all my data driven categories (after export of course :)).
This helped to speed things up a bit.

So my question is: Can I prevent auto-update of data driven categories?
I found how to force an update, but not how to prevent it.

Exporting, deleting and then only importing data driven categories if needed to have a better-responding imatch system is no real solution... :D

You can toggle the switch in preferences, see attachment.
