I'm not familiar with PhotoFiltre. Are you looking for support for a file format it produces, or for the ability to send images to it for processing? If the former, what file formats does it produce? If the latter, you should be able to set the program up as a Favorites application so you can drag-and-drop images to it.

I need IMatch 5 to index .pfi file.
I would set PhotoFiltre as Buddy file and Version File to process my shot.

Edit > Preferences > File Formats.
