It seems than Ctrl C & Ctrl V do not work in the Filter panel? At least on my PC....

For the edit controls used in some of the filters?
Use the right-click context menu of the edit controls if you need to copy or paste text. I did not bother to implement keyboard shortcuts for each individual edit control.

Yes. But supporting this keyboard shortcut everywhere requires a lot of effort on my part.
You can file a feature request and see how other users respond to it.
There are currently about 200 open feature requests.
