Title: Size leaps in slide show
Post by: stahl on January 15, 2015, 12:44:56 AM
Hello!
In the slide show, IMatch 5.3.1 displays images somewhat larger than it should for about a second before the image is displayed in the proper size. Then, after about three seconds, the image is again displayed somewhat larger for about a second, just before the slide show switches to the next image.

This happens with NEFs as well as with JPEGs, large or small, no matter what scale mode I set in the preferences. The behaviour stops once I use the arrow keys to move back or forward. From then on, images are constantly displayed at the proper size.

What is going on? I can't find any documentation or posts on this behaviour. Am I missing something?

I am running IM5.3.1 on Win7 Pro 64.

Cheers,
Stef

This is a bug that has been around for a while. It may be related to hardware acceleration, but we have not been able to isolate it, and Mario cannot reproduce it.

The work around is NOT to use enlarged font in windows.

Aubrey.
