Title: Viewer-ratings panel: Clicking on one (and only) star should turn it off

When 1 star is selected and it shows on the thumbnail, I can click on it to reset it.
In the viewer, Rating panel: when I click on the star it does not turn off.

Request: Clicking on the first (and only) star in the (ratings panel) viewer should turn the star off.
