Title: Upgrading to 5.6.2

Just logged in in order to upgrade to the latest version and the system does not indicate the fact that I am licensed for version 5. Also I cannot get past the purchase page without indicating that I am a new customer, which I am not....
Can't see that I have done anything incorrect...

Just to make sure that I understand:

You log into the customer web site using the email and license key associated with your IMatch 5 license?
Contact me via my support email (see link below in my signature) and we sort this out. Include your email address and license code in the email you sent to me (don't post them here!).
