Is possible merging two or more Templates in Design & Print?
This becouse I want prepare the different chapter of a Photo Book and then merging them.

A 'merge' operation is not supported.
What do you want to merge?
You can use the clipboard to copy containers between templates etc.
It could by done (propbably) in the template itself (which is XML-based) but templates are not yet documented - and looking at the amount of feedback I get for printing, spending two weeks documenting the template XML format would be a waste of time.
The Book I want to prepare is a 18 year story (from birthday to eighteen).
I want prepare eighteen chapters and then merge them in a single book.
So I can concentrate on not too much photos at one time.
I will try to copy pages from the template of Chapter "Year 1999" into the full Book that I'm preparing.
