Title: Adding a category to a file collection count does not change?

I have been categorizing files this afternoon, and I was interested in how many files I got through...

When I add a category to a file this does not "trigger" the Collections "recently updated" count.
Should it?

No.
Recently updated means that the file on disk has been recently updated.
