When in the Viewer, key L toggles between Linked or Unlinked panels.
I find it inconvenient to use the L key twice just to move one panel slightly.
As I am already holding the mouse can I please make a request.
That the mouse Right Click button temporarily unlocks the panel over which it is hovering then locks again when released so that one panel can be quickly dragged.
In this way Right Click only enforces unlock just whilst being pressed just for the image it hovers over.
