Title: Assigning Files
Post by: cthomas on August 30, 2017, 10:59:19 PM
I'm in the process of Assigning Files to Categories. When I look at my images how can I tell if an image has been Assigned to a category or not?

Use the Categories pane, specifically the Current tab. See screen shot.

A couple other ways to know what categories are assigned to the seleced image would be to use the File Categories panel (F9,D) or to use the app called Categeory Dashboard.

Carl since you are using @Keywords you will need to make sure you have the little balloon icon pressed in in the categories panel (see screenshot) before you will see the categories you have assigned to the selected image.

If you want to know which of your images have not yet been assigned to some specific categories, that involves setting up one or more category formulas.
