Hi,
during updating my pics I found some with an incorrect Exif-date ... no problem ... select the pic and right mouse click and ... wher to change the date? No, not here ... move the mouse to the menu-item "Comands", select "Image" and then "Modify Exif ..."
And now the date: Click on the year, type-in the correct year and press <Tab> to move to the month-field ... Uuups that was a jump to the time ... back to the year ... does <Return> or arrow-key <right> does the move to the month? No, I have manually to go with the mouse-pointer to the month, have to click and then I can change the date.
For one picture it is ok, but for ten and mor with different date-changes, where I have to it for every pic? It's a lot of clicking and moving the mouse ...
Here I appreciate a command in the right-click-menu for the Exif-date-change and key short-cut, and inside the date-filed a move with the <Tab>-key.
Regards
Gerd
Did you try Modify date and time in the Tools menu? Seems to work, also on a selection of different images.
Francis
Hi Francis,
no, I didn't ... I had 20 pics, where each pic had to get another date-correction, not all with the same date.

Gerd
If you have to change 20 individual files you are most likely faster when you do it directly in the Metadata Panel.
