Hi Mario,
When using labels to mark certain photos, let's say red.. I can view the red labeled photo going to collections>label>red. Its show all my red photos in the whole catalog. How do I view the red photos in a particular folder or file? Thanks in advance.

Use the filter for collections to filter out only files with Red Label

Use the Rating, Label & Collection Filter in the Filter Panel (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/#panel_filter.htm).
This allows you to filter the current scope for rating and labels with a single mouse click.
