The link to the MWG guidelines doesn't work. Can anyone share those guidelines, please?

We have been informed by the MWG that the web site will be back again soon.
Search the community past week's posts for MWG for details.

Note: The MWG guidelines are not for users but for application vendors.

While waiting for the MWG website to react (if it does), I found what I was looking for thanks to web.archive.org:
