Title: Seeking Windows Photo Management Solution
Post by: jasonjacob on May 06, 2019, 02:24:47 PM
I'm having trouble finding a photo management program to do what I want; hoping people can help!

I want to:

Pull all the pictures and videos from my camera

Sort them into folders

Do very minor corrections, like red eye, or trimming video, but I don't care if I need a second program for that stuff

Label each picture and video with a description (I like to say where they came from and why I took them)

Sync everything to the web so my family can see it

Welcome to the community.
Please note that all your posts are moderated and can only seen by moderators unless explicitly released.
I'm just telling you this because this is your first post and it is fairly unspecific. This is something SPAMMERS usually do, and we don't want them here.

I recommend you use your favorite search engine to find applications that do what you need.
This is the support community for the digital asset management software IMatch from photools.com (https://www.photools.com/).

If you are user interested in IMatch, let us know when you have installed the trial version.

As anticipated, this user was yet another spammer who just wanted to post links to other web sites and maybe even illegal stuff here in this friendly community.
But our moderators are top and deleted his/her spam postings before proper members could see them. Thank you!  :)

ALL SPAMMERS:

We don't want you here.
The first posts of all new members are invisible for other members and search engines unless explicitly approved by a moderator.
Posting SPAM here, editing your posts to add links after the fact, adding links into quotes you make etc. DOES NOT WORK.

GO AWAY AND ROT IN HELL.

Super.
They're getting cheekier and should really burn in hell.

Really sad folks need to do this to get through their day.  If you need any add'l moderators - I'd be happy to help!

Thanks for the kind offer, but we're good as the moment.
This is a low traffic community and we can manage with a handful of moderators.
We only have problems with spammers, not with trolls, thankfully. All nice people here!
