Title: Faces context menu in viewer - not this person

Add a new menu item to the context menu in the viewer: "not this person"

Currently, you have to open the pop up menu by clicking on the face annotation and click "not this person" in the upper right corner.

And would be nice to have a shortcut key R (reject) similar to what there is for Confirm (C) and Ignore (I)

...for having the "Not this person" command available on the right-click menu in the File Window (where the "Confirm Persons" is), along with a Keyboard Shortcut (Ctrl+M,<something>).

A new command has been added to the context menu. It allows to reject one or more annotations with <R>.
