[OFFICIAL] Pleasant Purchase Experience?

Hi,

I've switched to my new distributor FastSpring in January for reasons.

Did you find the upgrade / purchase experience pleasant? I don't have control over how they process credit cards, checks or other payment methods. But I have control over the icons and wording I use on their site, the information displayed to you after your purchase and the email you receive after the payment has been processed successfully.

Do you think it works OK?

No problems with the order and payment by bank transfer. The ordering process was simple.
I am now waiting impatiently for the new access data :) .

The purchase was very straightforward and smooth.

Only thing that looked a bit strange: The EMail with the license key I received from Fastspring had a strange-looking amount of 68,07 EUR at the top. However, the correct amount was listed at the bottom of the mail (with complete info on tax and coupon savings). So, not really an issue, just a bit weird.

That's just how FastSpring deals with net prices and taxes. I have no influence on this, only on the text in the mail with the instructions on how to download install. As long as the final price is visible and correct, I'm good.

You can also easily download a invoice / Rechnung from their site, which makes things really easy for commercial customers. It even has my logo :D

No problems for me either although I never did receive any emails regarding the release or the purchase.  I was still logged into my IMatch account though so I was able to download and install 2025.

Went super fast. I have 3D Secure on my card, and a lot of US merchants struggle with it, but this was a breeze. 

Click buy download install running.

FastSpring sends you an email as soon as the payment processing has completed. With all the nice info and prose I have compiled.

If this email does not reach you, the problem is most likely your mail server / Google / Hotmail /... not delivering the email.

Emails these days get often filtered, without your mail host even bothering to tell you.

I currently pay 0.05 US$ (!) for each important email I sent to IMatch users, and still 40% to 60% is never delivered. Email is broken...
