I see a new items in diagnostics, one I don't understand is: "entity graph"

What is this, I don't see anything in help file.

That's a new internal technical concept where persons and other entities are based on. Not only the entities itself, but in addition the relations between the entitities. Mario can surely explain this much better.
Do you have warnings or errors related to the entity graph in you diagnostics? Most likely these would relate to persons or faces.

Some of the features introduced in IMatch 2020, like People and Events, are based on data structures called graphs (Wikipedia).

These are complex structures and I've added many diagnostic routines, repair and self-healing features etc. to the database diagnosis in the IMatch engine.
And since running all these tests on larger databases or with thousands of persons or events can take a while, they have their own 'stage' in the diagnosis monitor dialog.
