Finding Files with a disabled Annotation Layer

When working in the viewer, I used to sometimes uncheck the People Layer for a given file:

...in order to momentarily view the file without the Face Annotations.

When that's done, the viewer remembers the visibility state of that Layer on a per file basis, and the presence or absence of the Annotations holds, even for the QuickView Panel (i.e. toggling annotations with "A", in the QuickView Panel, has no effect).  This could lead one to conclude that the file has no faces.

I have since learned that it's better to simply use the Show Annotations command for that purpose (Keyboard Shortcut A,E, or clicking the Show Annotations button in the Viewer's Annotations Panel, to toggle its state):

That's actually what I was really wanting to do - to temporarily hide annotations for all files in the Viewer (rather than "permanently disabling" the Face Annotation Layer for just the current file - that serves a different purpose).

I'm wondering if there might be a way to identify all files for which I might have previously disabled the People Layer, and forgot to re-enable it.
