IMatch 2019.8.4 strange behaviour

Did for some time rarely use IMatch and am now realising strange things.
What I did realize first, was that IMatch gave me the message that my installation was up to date!? Earlier at start up I had always got the information that there was a newer version of IMatch. In the down left corner there always had been a green field with the same information. Not there any longer?
That's not the big thing though. But when I wanted to start an export (preset) I had done hundreds of time before, I got an error message even after restarting IMatch (see attached images).
Any idea what is actually going on?

2019.8.4 is the last IMatch 2019 version. You did not upgrade to IMatch 2020. No support is available anymore for IMatch 2019.

The batch processor does not support files with dimensions > 10,000 pixels in either dimension.

Hi Mario,
have been using IMatch for more than 20 years only to get this unfriendly answer here?!
Thank you, good bye and all the best!

I do not consider this an unfriendly answer.  It was straight to the point.

I informed you that there is no official support anymore for your outdated IMatch version (see Update and Upgrade Policy for details).
Support for IMatch 2019 was discontinued 6 months after IMatch 2020 was released.
This is not unfriendly, just a fact. I don't support versions older than 2020 anymore. You have received 4 emails from me last year, within information about the new version and the End-of-Service announcement.

I've even explained why you get the error. I don't know why the BP tries to produce an output image larger than 10,000 pixels. Double-check your settings, the original image etc.

As Mario explained IMatch 2019.8.4 is quite outdated. I suppose you do not get and "Update available" message any more because there is no newer version for the 2019.x.x release available. An (release) upgrade to IMatch 2020 has to be paid for, so displaying it like the numerous free updates/upgrades we are normally pampered with by Mario could lead to false expectations.

Mario answered that, too: Looks like your pictures (panoramas) are bigger than the batch processor allows. I do not use the batch processor often, so I don't know if the 10.000 pixel limit still exists in IM 2020. You might want check the release notes if an upgrade to IMatch 2020 is a possible option for you. If you consider upgrading, please make sure to check the hardware requirements first to avoid frustation afterwards.
