two specific files won't open in viewer window

I selected a file in the main window and hit RETURN to open the image in the viewer window. The viewer window opened and has an empty frame that show "Loading" but it never load - the frame stays empty forever.

I am able to close the viewer window and do all other things normally (so far). I have two files that do this. Other files don't do this so far. The two files that do this were edited in Capture One and exported as JPGs. The thumbnails in the main window for these files look OK.

Both files open right away when I open then from Windows File Explorer. Each file is about 4MB is size.


I restarted imatch and problem persists. Checked the log file and it shows the info below. imatch is using 35% of the cpu, 350MB of memory, and 7% gpu. It does not appear to be doing any significant disk I/O. (all according to Windows Task Manager).

I copied 530+ lines of all this from the imatch log. It looks like an infinite loop trying to open the files.

Result 4 means "loading", which indicates that Windows WIC is still trying to load the image...
Maybe some sort of locking problem? Warnings or errors in the log file?

Please don't copy/paste log file data into your posts. This floods the community search engine with nonsense data.
Always ZIP and attach the log file.
