Ability to draw location boundaries with a polygon

I'd like the ability to draw locations using a polygon (as opposed to a circle around a point) either directly in iMatch or by importing polygons from Google Earth or similar app. I've found the ability to define a location using polygons very helpful when reverse geocoding.

Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Just to be clear:

A location in IMatch (Map Panel) is a GPS coordinate (center) and a radius.
Locations are used to quickly assign GPS coordinates to batches of files, when you often shot at the same location.
To quickly jump to a certain point on the planet.
To automatically assign GPS coordinates to files during import by matching their GPS coordinates to existing locations.

When I understand your FR correctly, you would like to have locations which are not defined by a center GPS coordinate, but instead by an unlimited number of GPS coordinates, creating a polygonal shape?
Similar to what the Map Panel allows you do to when you draw a polygon to select files?

What would be the use case for that?
What kind of photography do you do?
Do you use devices to add GPS coordinates to your files or do you use the IMatch Map Panel?
How often would that be needed?
What do you mean by "importing polygons from Google Earth"? Where do you import these?
Why would non-circular locations help with reverse geocoding? Reverse geocoding is based on the GPS coordinates in your images, which your device or you set.
