The log file I"m attaching here (by the same name as the subject of this post) is about what is happening when I try to scroll through roughly 270 jpeg images, one-by-one, one-immediately-after-another, for about 50 images, and then stop.  When I resume the scrolling, IMatch hangs for about a second before it can load the next image.  These images are only, on average, with dimensions of about 800x1,000 px.

This hanging problem is mainly prominent when I have the filmstrip visible.  When I turn off the filmstrip, I wouldn't say the problem is gone, but it is significantly less.  So, what's going on here?

In the slideshow,  the problem doesn't seem to be present.

IMatch loads files via WIC and sends them to the graphic card via DirectX.
For JPG files, which are by default not cached, IMatch just streams the original files into the graphic card memory.
If you scroll faster than your system can load and process the files, or you change scrolling direction in a way that requires the Viewer to clear and completely reload the cache, the Viewer may need a second to recover. Depends also on how much memory is available in your graphic card. There are cheap cards with only 2GB total, and cars with 8, 12 or 16 GB RAM...
Make sure you have the latest graphic card driver installed and that your virus checker is not somehow blocking IMatch or interfering with IMatch reading JPEG files.
