Drag and Drop

I could have sworn that I used to be able to select some files in the File Window and drag them to a different folder in the Media & Folders window to move them. However, that does not work anymore. Running 2021.18.4 (64-bit) on Windows 10 22H2. Am I remembering incorrectly, is something broke, or was this a design decision?

Nevermind. After posting that, I discovered that I couldn't even drag and drop in Windows Explorer. A reboot fixed everthing.
