New Default Metadata Panel Layouts not in German

Hello Mario,

I have imported the new "New Default Metadata Panel Layouts" and replaced them, what I noticed is that the language in the selection menu is English and not German like the existing ones.

There is no German version of these default layouts. You can rename the layouts to anything you like.
Open the layout editor, click on a layout in the tree on the left and press <F2> to rename it.
