Found 2 issues in Design & Print:
1. Only minor: to the left and below the application windows is a line, like the border of a shadow. No idea what is causing this.
2. major issue: the horizontal scrollbar of the page properties can be moved, but the content of the dialog box does not move, so the scroll does nothing. The vertical scrollbar works fine.

1. Is this a Windows 10 system. Looks like an old-style shadow / border.
2. The scroll bar is dynamically created by Windows. It should vanish when you make the Panel wider and it also depends on the currently selected object in the Designer if there is something to scroll horizontally or not.

1. Latest Win11 build. Maybe it depends on how the app his been done. I have apps (Firefox Adobe...) drawing a soft shadow on the desktop background, others draw a hard shadow only when they got the focus. For D&P the lines look like a leftover of an uncomplete hard shadow. But as I said, a minor issue.
2. Of course when making the panel bigger, the scrollbar disappears, but IMHO this is not how it should work.

Does this "line" move when you move the window?

The scrollbar is shown/hidden by Windows automatically. It should only show when the contents of the panel don't fit vertically into the panel. Maybe another issue caused by the super-high DPI scaling your screen needs in order to make text readable? Not sure.
