Removing App Favorite removes icons

Just ran across a few things - not sure if related to experimental toolbar/icon feature or not.

To Reproduce:

• Drag/drop an application shortcut from the start menu to the Application Favorite panel creating a new shortcut
• Add an icon (external or internal) to that shortcut.
• Drag/drop a 2nd shortcut and add an icon the same way.  

All is good... however, if you do any of the following - the icons start disappearing:

A) Delete the 2nd shortcut application and the icon for the first shortcut will disappear.

B) Add an icon to an existing shortcut... the icon will disappear from the other application shortcuts.

C) Add an internal icon to the shortcut and save, do A) or B) above to a different shortcut and the icon will change from the internal one to the application icon.

All these could be just weird things on my system as I only had 2 shortcuts defined (probably from a long time ago).

Happy to share GIF's of the process if this is helpful or can't be reproduced.
