Search For Visual Duplicates Of Different Sizes?

IMatch does the job very well when it comes to fining image files that are either binary clones or images that are visually the same with also the same dimensions.  However, where it falls short is when it's about finding images that are visually the same, but having different size, with respect to dimensions.  A search for visually similar images may find the right images, but will also probably find images not looking like the original. 

So, what can I do to find all other images in the database that look exactly like the original, but may very well have different dimensions?

The algorithms are tolerant to differences in dimensions, within reason.
Use a visual query. Not dupe or copy.
