Hello,

I have Imatch 2023.14 installed and wanted to test the anywhere web services and webviewer.
I installed Imatch anywhere 2019.41, requested a test key, started the service, but behind the "Imatch Webviewer" it shows "not found".

Any idea what the problem could be?

On my PC I am running Win 11 Pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
HW: i5-8250U 16GB

Did you install IMatch Anywhere in the default folder, or did you change the installation location?
The default path is "C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatchAnywhere\IMWS\docroot\imatchviewer"

If you have installed IMA into another folder, follow the instructions in the help system (press F1 and then click on WebViewer Configuration), then read Manual Configuration Quick Start.

Please include the WebService Controller log file (in the TEMP folder on your computer), since it may contain more details about the problem.

Hi Mario,

I installed the viewer in the default path.
When I enter "http://NAME:8081/imatchviewer/" in the web browser the message "Error 404: Not found" is displayed.
When I enter "https://NAME:8081/imatchviewer/" in the web browser the message "SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG " is displayed.
No difference whether I enter the name or IP.
The service log file doesn't display any errors (see below).

The message SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG would indicate a problem with your SSL certificate?

What happens when you click on the link shown in the IMatch Anywhere Controller? It should open IMatch WebViewer if everything is installed correctly.

You can also enter the URL in your web browser. Open the developer tools before (<F12>) and switch to the network tab. This will show you what the browser is sending and what the responses are. 404 means that IMWS is not running or not at the specified port?

The URL http://NAME:8081/info

should return information about IMWS. If this does not work, IMWS is not running or the firewall or some other software is blocking access to it.

https:// can only work if you have installed and configured a SSL certificate for IMWS as outlined in the help.
