Add .m4v to recognised multimedia types

This is the 'default' output from Handbrake and I think it would be good to have in the default list of recognised multimedia types in a database. I picked up it was missing when converting some .avi files to MPEG-4 for Apple TV viewing.
Have you backed up your photos today?

Added. M4V: Apple's MP4 format with Apple's DRM. Brr...
