Drag & Drop in Category Panel to rearrange category tree

Hi,

I'd like to rearrange the category tree in the category panel by using drag and drop.

This seems to be redundant because the category view already has this feature, but I'm regularly using the Media & Folders view  with the categories panel besides it. I often add new categories using the category panel (e.g. when I add a new event to my category tree). If I make a mistake and choose the wrong parent category for example, I can only correct it by switching over to the category view, change the order there, and go back to the media & folder view  again.

This disturbs my flow of work more, than correcting the mistake right there in the category panel which is already open.
