In Tag Manager, for users (like me) who might prefer to manage redundant Tags on a gradual basis rather than to accept the pre-determined selections offered when Tag Manager is first opened:

1. Please include a "Select All Groups" button so that I can choose (initially) not to trim any tags at all
(although Herman explained how to achieve a "Select All", in his follow-up to my post in the link above.)

or alternatively

2. Please provide an option to skip the Tag Manager phase entirely, and to leave my database un-trimmed.

<Ctrl>+<A> to select all groups. Then <SPACE> bar to toggle the check boxes.

Select the first group and then use <Cursor Down> or <Page Down>  together with <SHIFT> to select all groups. Windows list boxes don't support <Ctrl>+<A>.

IMatch always trimmed some of the more obscure tags, binary tags, useless tables and color luts and other stuff. The only change (for image files) is now that by default proprietary maker notes are not automatically included. I think I will keep it that way.
