Annotations - ease of use enhancements

I use Annotations / Callouts to show names of faces in images.  Several things would help to make this easier.

1. The "Duplicate" function creates one new callout at a time.  The ability to create several duplicate callouts at the same time would greatly speed things up.
2. The ability to do a "mass change" such as border width, color, vertical position, etc., would be very handy.  At the moment such changes can only be applied to one callout at a time.
3. The ability to select a 'row' of callouts and have them automatically distributed evenly (horizontally) across the image would be very handy.
4.  I find it quite difficult to line up callouts vertically with its neighbors. Although there is a 'snap to grid' facility, it doesn't appear to work quite as well as it should.  Callouts with identical vertical coordinates do not necessarily line up exactly. (This may be a bug or just needs refinement.)
