Deletion of files conforming to file name pattern

Due almost certainly to external file syncing between two repositories, I have a significant number of duplicate images (verified externally) where the only difference is the suffix (1) eg image99(1).jpg on the file name on one of each pair. I can obviously delete the (1) files externally but for db integrity I would prefer iMatch to delete them. Is there perhaps a filtering method built in, or will a bespoke script be necessary ?

Did you try the file window search bar and just searched for (
Unless you use ( regularly in your file names, this should reveal all duplicate files.
