IMatch starts up with this screen blocking the main screen

IMatch starts up with this screen (see image) blocking the main screen and I can't get past it? If I use task manage to close IMatch the errant screen disappears also?

Do you have an event script that runs when you open the database?

I have no idea what this window represents.
But the idea with the event script (Application or Database) is a good hint. Did you check that?

Hold down <Ctrl> when starting IMatch to get the Advanced Startup Options and then choose "Disable all scripts".
Then check if you run database and/or application scripts and check them for problems.

Also: When reporting such strange issues, appending the IMatch log file can give us additional hints about the source of the problem.
See log file in the IMatch help for details, where to find it etc.

Thanks for your reply Mario!

Problem solved. This issue was a result of a large Windows 10 upgrade and its affect on 'WindowBlinds', a utility program. Uninstalled it , no longer have the issue

Good to hear that you've got it fixed. I think Windows Blinds was often a source of problems and strange effects.
