Downloaded and installed without problems, as usual!

By the way, eventually the Announcements template should be corrected to link to Backup, not Baclup.  ;)

Most people don't bother with backups or release notes anyway. Such are the times  ;)
New generations of users become pure users - without any deeper understanding on how their PC, notebook or smart phone works. Sad.

How often I get emails like

"Hi. The hard disk in my PC died last week. I have lost all my emails, license keys and stuff. No backup.
Can you send me my credentials so I can download IMatch again..."
.

This always make me sad. Because it was never simpler to make good and automatic backups than today. Even with free software if you don't want to spend 60 to 80 $ for something proper like Reflect or TrueImage.
Windows can backup at least some standard folders (Documents, Settings, Pictures, Videos, ...) automatically when you let it...sigh.

Intalling was fine, but I have loss some windows content. Map panel is empty (black), "Did you know?", "App manager" panel and the menu at the face tags, too.

Remains. Clicks don't work in that area.

Any messages in the Output panel for apps?
Or in the IMatch log file (see log file)
Close IMatch.
Delete the folder C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\browser

Output panel is empty. Deleting the folder C:\ProgramData\photools.com\IMatch6\browser does not help.
I have just had a win10 update before btw.

I have installed IMatch 2020.4.4 fresh on Windows 10 with all the latest updates.
No problems. All apps working.


Virus checker on your side perhaps?

Well, that was it!!!
I only have Comodo Internet Security, for years, without any problem. But now it started to stop
c:\Program Files\photools.com\imatch6\IMatchChromiumHelper.exe

Comodo did not recognised these files as reliable:
ToolkitPro1860vc150x64U.dll
libcef.dll
IMatchChromiumHelper.exe
chrome_elf.dll
I have thought Comodo to know them.

Some virus checkers start to make more problems than they solve...

ToolkitPro1860v is shipped with IMatch for more than 12 months.

libcef.dll
chrome_elf.dll
parts of the Chromium Browser (base for the Google Chrome browser)

IMatchChromiumHelper.exe
Shipped with IMatch since 2019...
