New Category creation

When a new sibling property is requested from the category panel (F9,C). A new category choice window pops up with the same name as original allowing one to make a modification. This is great!

However, when one looks at categories to left of file viewer window and asks for a new sibling category this simply shows up as "new category" at the top of the list. This less good than the workflow discussed above.

Very very low priority, but I wanted to bring the different operations to the developers attention....
