Configuration of Category Panel - Inherit color coding

Is it possible when one configures the category panel and extra tabs are added to have the tabs inherit the color coding hat may have been applied to the category name.

For example I have a category called "Location" This appears in the tree with a red color for the text, however it appears as a tab on the header of the categories panel as white text. It would be nice if it was colored red!
