Script: App Manager modified to have preset filters

I modified the (by Jingo modified) App Manager further to filter out specific apps.
I added radio buttons on top which allow you to show only System/Sample/Own apps.
Made it a regular app so you can use and try it.

I filter out my own app by looking for the text "Erich" in the author field.
You need to modify line 199 in the code to put your name.

Very Nice... just noticed that the next version appears to have the "hide/rehide" code added as part of the standard so my code hack might not be needed after the next release... but I will be adding this code in as well.
