Hi,
I'm back working with iMatch again after a break of several years and of course progress has been made which is great but does require some re-learning.
I'm using iMatch 2017 on Windows 10.
I was trying to learn about Category Formulas and to extract files that are in two categories using the formula "Rosemary" AND "Rachel" in the Edit Category Formula page.
This resulted in a road sign STOP appearing on Rosemary in the Categories list.
So, two questions, how do I get rid of the STOP sign
and how do I avoid this happening again.
Thanks,
Mike.

Mario

The stop sign tells you that something with the category formula is wrong.
Many possible reasons, e.g. a formula referring to a no longer existing category or similar.

Fix the formula in the formula editor and the stop will be gone.

Can't say for sure without knowing your exact setup, but if the STOP sign appears at the "Rosemary" category itself (as opposed to the new formula category you are creating) something must be wrong with your "Rosemary" category. Did you by any chance try to put the formula into the "Rosemary" category itself, thus producing a recursion? This will not work.
Instead, create a new category, e.g. "Rosemary plus Rachel", and put your formula there.
A second thought: When using categories in a formula, specify them by the full hierarchy path. E.g. "WHO|Friends|Rosemary". If you select them in the formula builder this will happen automatically, but not if you enter the category by typing it.

Thank you very much, Thorsten, that was exactly the help that I needed.
