IMatch Updater - Authentication failed

I get the above message when I try to upgrade to the latest version. I have an IMatch Anywhere 2019 HOME Plus license key.

Was able to download the installation files from the Customer Portal, but after I've run the installer the version number is still 2019.1.2 and the file date of IMatch2019x64.exe is still 23 December. How can I resolve this?

If the authentication fails make sure your license key and email are from the 2019 upgrade purchase.
Please contact me via support email address and include your license key in the email so I can check which versions are displayed in the customer portal for your acount.

Hi!

I got kind of the same problem.

Just purchased IMatch Anywhere HOME PLUS.

When I try to upgrade, using my received credentials, directly from within the IMatch trial version that is still installed on my PC, i get an "authentication failed" error.

On the customer portal, I can download Anywhere without problems, but when I try to download IMatch, the "preparing digital content" fails with

An error (3003: No access to product) occurred while preparing your download. Please try again.

What seems to be strange is that the Filesize of IMatch Version: 2019.1.4 is listed with a "?" in the download list on the customer portal.

Have sent an email to the support-address too.
