Images not loading when adding/updating folders

Hi,

when I do an 'adding / updating folders' I have a number of images that are not being registered. They are just normal jpg's and I can scan the folder as many times as I like and they won't appear. They are not in subfolders - just in the main folder that I try to add / update. I am sure there is a simple explanation, just can't find it!!

Are these files marked as "hidden" or "system" in the file system? You can check by selecting a file in Windows Explorer and then right-click and look at the properties.
IMatch by default does not include hidden/system files. You can control this via Edit > Preferences > Database.
