Map Panel: Switching map should not zoom to track extents

Hi Mario,

when I switch the map type (Bing, Google, OSM) while a track is active, the Map Panel zooms to the track extent.

Since I often switch between map types to get the information I need in a certain small region, this is quite disturbing.

As a quick workaround, I commented "self.gMap.fitBounds(trackBounds);" on line 1629 of gmaps.js and "self.onCenterTrack();" on line 2305 of olmap.js to avoid this behaviour.

It would be great if you incorporate a similar change in one of the next versions.

It's o.k. to zoom to the map extent immediately after loading the track, but after the initial load, zoom shouldn't me changed by switching the map type.

I have implemented this enhancement for the text version.
The Map Panel zooms to the extents of a track after it is loaded, but no longer when you switch map providers.
